PROGRAMME

The Symposium focuses on the analysis of the profound impact of technology on society, law, and the economy at a global level. It highlights how technology can be both a threat and a resource, and how regulations struggle to keep pace with its evolution. Different jurisdictions (Europe, China, USA) adopt varying approaches, thereby creating a competition between legal orders as well. The conference aims to examine these challenges and assess the possibility of international cooperation to better manage technological progress.
